Presidential Properties specializes in buyer’s agency. While representing you as a buyer’s agent, we guarantee effective interactive methods that result in reducing your search time. Acting as your buyer’s agent is a way for you to take advantage of our expertise to find your next property. We will provide you with descriptions, photos, videos, virtual tours, and floor plans of properties that meet your search criteria. We are here to answer any and all of your concerns and questions before, during and after your purchase. We believe that many may have questions to what exactly the term “buyer’s brokerage” means.

Buyer brokerage, or Buyer agency as it is also known, is the practice of real estate brokers and agents representing a buyer in a real estate transaction.

Let’s get started:

Fill out the following survey below. In order to provide us with your search criteria, please make sure to include your email address. We will then take this information and create a new client account for you. This includes placing you on an automated email list to receive daily property matches for the specified search criteria you give us. For example, you will receive daily emails containing listings that match the price range and locations in which you are interested in purchasing property.

Presidential Properties will then suggest listings that we think will be a great fit, and ask for your opinion on the listings you receive via email. Together, we will come up with a list of properties for you to see. You will be provided with a comparison sheet that compares the price, square footage, condo fee, taxes, amenities, etc… of all the properties you are interested in. We will supply information on what amenities in or on the property that may make it more valuable than others. You’ll also be provided with a market analysis to show what comparable properties have been sold for in the marketplace in which you are searching. We will work around your schedule and make every effort to make sure you get into all the properties that are of interest to you. Presidential Properties is here to pick you up, show the listings, answer questions, drive and or walk around specific areas to get a feel for the location surroundings. Our priority is to do anything we can to present all the necessary information you need to make a decision that best fits you!

Once you’ve located a property you’d like to buy, we are here to most importantly help you negotiate the purchase price. You can expect full assistance from us during negotiation because we are representing you. It is our fiduciary responsibility to do the best we can to get you the very best price and terms.
