Our policy of not charging prospects a fee for credit checks, efficient showings of properties meeting the appropriate criteria as well as our continued communication with our customers regarding housing changes in our market, drives the highest yearly tenant placement compared to any of our competitors. We will never charge you a fee! The incoming tenant is aware prior to meeting with us that they need to pay us a realtor fee.

Year after year we have been able to provide several significant price increases to our property owners as we recognize when a property commands a premium. Presidential will handle the entire leasing process from start to finish enabling you to invest your time in areas of specialty while keeping your rental cash flow maximized with well qualified tenants.

The Presidential Rental Process:

  • Full time marketing associates photographing and professionally describing units for advertisement on multiple venues.
  • Listing sheets provided to our customers via email containing full property data and photographs. A process that prevents wasted time showing undesirable units and unnecessarily bothering current tenants.
  • Handling of the entire application and leasing process. We check referrals and work references, run credit checks, and coordinate notarized co-signer forms if needed.

Lastly, it is also important to note that exclusive is not necessarily synonymous with exclusion. Presidential Properties works much differently than the standard Boston real estate company. Instead of agents fighting over leads and units, we have established a track record of successful collaboration as a team. The lead broker oversees and reviews every application package. You will only communicate with the lead broker and will never be bothered by multiple offices or agents contacting you.
